Total renovation of Pool Road upper left and right entry beds including new drip system and shrubbery

 

New lighting Pool Road entry including first median

 

Spring 2022   

New drip irrigation rear entry beds

Upgrades and additions to 5 Twelve Oaks median’s turf/tree sprinkler system

Removal of 3 failing magnolias per advice of certified arborists

Upgrades to Pool Road center entry

 

Our seasonal flowers are not included in our mowing contract at this time. The HOA Board member in charge of landscaping has chosen to fulfill this task to add more perennials and variety into our landscaping beds.
