Ross Downs HOA 2012 Annual Meeting: TBA
REMINDER:
Ross Downs 2012 HOA Fees are DUE, Late Fees shall be enforced (February 1, 2012). Please contact the Acclaim Mgmt Office. You may pay in person or online (http://www.acclaimmgmt.com/acclaim/outside_home.asp)
DON'T FORGET ----
1. Trash pickup days are now TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS for all Ross Downs residents, commencing November 1, 2011.
2. Like your nice new blue recycling bins? Pickups for recycling are now on Fridays, commencing Nov. 4th. Be sure to follow the instructions for placement at the curb!
3. If you don't want to keep your old green recyclables tub (?), leave them on the curb next Friday, Nov. 4th. They'll be picked up for -- recycling!
Changes in Trash and Recycling Schedule
An automated collection truck will be used to collect recycle items from the new carts. After Nov. 4, only the IESI 65-gallon carts can be used for collection of recyclables. The truck will service the entire city, necessitating a change in the current pick-up days for both trash and recycling for some customers. Trash service will continue to be twice per week and recycle service will continue to be picked up once a week-but the collection days for many residents will change. Please visit the City of Colleyville Website for further details and the map.

Reminder
“The city's ordinance governing water violations in these circumstances allows for a fine up to $2,000. However, the city at this point is not writing citations for first-time violations; those receive a written warning. Citations may be issued for a second violation and for any subsequent violations. The amount of the fine is determined by the municipal court judge, but typically fines for multiple violations will increase in amount.
Restrictions on outdoor watering between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., and compliance with the zoned schedule will continue to be enforced. For anyone reporting a violation, the most effective reporting method is to call the city's non-emergency number-817.743.4522 (dispatcher will answer as "NETCOM"). This allows the appropriate personnel to be dispatched to a location while a violation may be occurring, so that any violation can be acted upon on a more immediate basis.
